Welcome to Be Heard Education. By accessing this website, engaging with our services, or purchasing any products or programs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Use of Website

This website is intended to provide information about our services, resources, and offerings for educators, schools, and organizations.

By using this site, you agree:

• To use it for lawful purposes only

• Not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access

• Not to copy, distribute, or exploit content without permission

2. Services & Offerings

Be Heard Education provides services including, but not limited to:

• Instructional coaching

• Professional development and training

• Consulting for schools and districts

• Digital resources and educational materials

All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.

 

3. Booking & Consultations

When scheduling a consultation or discovery call:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information

• You understand that consultation calls are intended for alignment and planning—not guaranteed engagement

Missed or canceled appointments may require rescheduling based on availability.

 

4. Payments & Fees

For paid services, programs, or digital products:

• Payment terms will be outlined in individual agreements, proposals, or checkout pages

• All payments are due as specified at the time of purchase or contract

• Late or missed payments may result in paused services

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations

Coaching memberships, including the TeachConnect BELIEVE™ Virtual Coaching Program, are sold as monthly subscriptions.

• Your plan renews automatically each month on the date you first subscribed, charged to the payment method you provided at checkout, until you cancel.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep full access to the member portal, the library, and any session already scheduled through that date.
• Cancelling stops all future charges. It does not refund the current month or any prior month.
• All sales are final. Because membership provides immediate access to digital resources and coaching time, we do not issue refunds or partial refunds, including for unused sessions or for months in which you chose not to participate.
• To cancel, email [email protected] from the address on your account before your next renewal date. Please allow up to two business days for your request to be processed.
• If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may pause access to the member portal until the balance is resolved.
• Membership pricing may change with at least 30 days’ written notice. Any change applies only to billing periods after that notice.

One-time services, consulting engagements, and digital products are also final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

• Text

• Frameworks (including the BELIEVE Framework)

• Resources and materials

• Graphics and branding

…is the property of Be Heard Education and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or resell materials

• Use content for commercial purposes without written permission

7. Digital Resources & Downloads

When you download or access resources:

• They are for personal or organizational use only

• You may not share, resell, or redistribute them without permission

8. Results Disclaimer

We are committed to providing high-quality support, strategies, and systems. However:

• Results will vary based on implementation, context, and other factors

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes, performance improvements, or results

 

9. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

Our website is hosted on Kajabi, and we may use additional third-party platforms (e.g., scheduling tools, email systems).

We are not responsible for:

• Platform outages

• Third-party errors or limitations

• Data handling practices of external tools

10. Limitation of Liability

Be Heard Education is not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of this website or services

• Decisions made based on content, resources, or consulting guidance

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

 

11. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to:

• Deny or terminate access to services or the website

• Refuse service if terms are violated

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services indicates acceptance of any updates.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
