FAQ

Questions teachers ask

How much time does it take?
Less than you think. The two live sessions are every other Thursday, 6:30–8:30 pm ET (and recorded if you can’t make it), and everything else — the library, your resources, the lessons and videos you send in — is self-paced and fits around the planning time you already have.
Can I join anytime?
Yes. There's no cohort and no waiting. Join today and get instant access to your portal.
Can my school pay for it?
Absolutely. Many teachers have their school or district cover the membership. We can provide anything your admin needs, and we offer school memberships for teams. Ask us about school plans →
Can I use my school email?
Yes. Use whichever email is easiest for you; school or personal either is okay.
Can I use my personal email?
Yes. Your membership is yours. Many teachers use a personal email so their access follows them wherever they teach.
How do I submit lessons and videos?
You send it privately. Email your lesson plan, classroom video, or student work to [email protected] with SUBMISSION in the subject line, and Felicia returns specific, usable written feedback within five business days. Your submission is never posted in the community and is only used to give you coaching feedback. Blur or crop anything that identifies a student before you send it, and ask us any time to delete a file once you have your feedback.
How do coaching sessions work?
They're live and virtual. Both plans include two live group coaching sessions a month with Felicia — every other Thursday, 6:30–8:30 pm ET, live in your member portal — bring a real challenge and leave with a plan you can use the next day. Send your question in ahead of time and Felicia works through it live. Can’t make it? Every session is recorded and the replay is posted in the community, so you never lose a session. Weekly members also get one private 1:1 session each month with their assigned coach.
How does cancelling work?
Your membership renews automatically each month. You can cancel any time from your account — cancellations are processed within two business days, and your access stays open through the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not offer partial-month refunds. Full details are in the Terms and Conditions.
